Rajat is not only famous for his fitness journey but also for how he interacts with people. The criminal case that he has against him is of kidnapping and assaulting an 18-year-old. The person whom he had kidnapped was an individual who used to go to the same gym as Rajat Dalal. 

Back in June, the kid had shared a post on his Instagram account, wining about why someone like Rajat was showing up in the same gym as him every morning. Apparently, the words the child had used in his post were as follows, “Roz subah apna muh gym me dikha kar mera din kharab karta hua mighty Raju” (why does mighty Raju ruin my day by showing his face in my gym every morning.)

In response to this post, Rajat allegedly had picked up the kid from outside his home and had threatened him with violence for making the Instagram post about Rajat. This case has been lodged by the police. 

Controversy with CarryMinati

CarryMinati’s official name is Ajey Nagar. CarryMinati is known for his comedic and satirical YouTube videos. He posted a video making fun of the advice Rajat gave about fitness. The video gathered significant responses from his followers. Rajat lost his cool when he saw Ajey’s video and engaged in a heated debate online debate. There was a potential misunderstanding that the video made by Ajey was mocking Rajat. 

This controversy was addressed by Rajat as prepared to enter Big Boss season 18. He addressed this controversy publically. While addressing the controversy publically, Rajat highlighted the power of social media in shaping the public opinion of public figures. He acknowledged the ridicule and emphasized that he values constructive feedback more than jokes. Further, In an article published in Times Of India, ‘Carryminati issued an apology on Instagram, explaining that the video was intended for comedic purposes and not meant to offend. He subsequently edited out Rajat’s segment to resolve the matter.’
