Prior Tina was marry to Athar Aamir Khan, an IAS officer of the same batch as Tina. He was an AIR-2 officer. They both got married in 2018 and unfortunately, both of them got separated in August 2021  after two years of their marriage. 

Pradeep Gawande Education

Pradeep was a brilliant student during his schooling and he is very clear about his big dreams.  He completed his primary and high school at a private local school in his hometown. Then he enrolled for his MBBS degree from the Government Medical College and Hospital of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, which is situated in Nashik. 

Moreover, he began preparation for the toughest examination of India IAS exam. In 2013, he qualified for the Indian Administration Service exam with a score of AIR 478th in the UPSC Civil Services Exam. After that, he served as an IAS officer in Cadre of Rajasthan.

Pradeep started his career as an MBBS doctor before coming into the field of Civil Services. In 2012, he cleared the IAS examination, and his roll number is 442735. After he qualified for the UPSC exam, he chose Rajasthan Cadre and was soon dispatched to Bundi for assistant collector training. 

In 2015 at Dholpur, he also served as Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Chemical Fertilizers and as an SDM officer. Along with this, from 2016 to May 2018, he managed the position of Zila Parishad CEO of Jodhpur. In April 2018, he was the CEO of the Bikaner Municipal Council till February 2020.  

Additionally, in 2020 July, he started working as the Churu Collector till 6th January 2021. then served as the Managing Director of Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation (R.S.L.D.C.) from 4th January to October 2021. Then in March 2022, he was appointed as Director of Archeology and Museums in Rajasthan.

Controversy of Pradeep Gawande 

Pradeep Gawande was in highlights while his name was involved in the bribery case in 2021. In Jodhpur and Jaipur, three teams of the Anti-Corruption Bureau were in action and did an investigation against RSLDC (Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation) manager Rahul Kumar Garg and Ashok Sangwan (coordinator). Both of them accepted their fault for taking a bribe of Rs 5 lakh and were arrested by the  Anti-Corruption Bureau.

At that time Pradeep worked as the Chief Manager of RSLDC and his name came under controversy. The Director General of ACB, BL Soni, began a conference in the media and Pradeep was out of all these answers during the investigation. 

Soni said “Pradeep went under the special investigation and was asked many questions“. Also asked him the reason behind the cancellation of a few training forms and if it was canceled under what situations the process of allowing began again.
